How to choose without getting burned
1. Ask for the test report
A Certificate of Analysis is a lab report for a specific batch. Look for the lab's name, the test method, the batch number and a purity figure. If a seller dodges the question, move on.
2. Know the format
Drops and capsules are pre-measured. Powder needs a precise scale and careful handling, and it stains heavily. We do not give preparation or dosing advice.
3. Check your medicines
Methylene blue can interact with some antidepressants and other medicines. The FDA has warned about this, so speak to a doctor or pharmacist before you try it.
4. Count the shipping
Sanare Lab and BP Life ship free over a minimum order, and CZTL does not state a cost. Outside the US, CZTL is the only one of the three that lists shipping abroad.

An injectable form is FDA-approved to treat a blood condition called methemoglobinemia, given under medical supervision. The FDA has not approved the drops, capsules or powders sold online.
